Congresswoman Nancy Mace has extended her congratulations to the 169th Fighter Wing of the South Carolina Air National Guard for being recognized as the top recruiting and retention team in the nation. The unit, based at McEntire Joint National Guard Base, received the Patriot Team Award.
In a statement, Congresswoman Mace highlighted the achievements of the 169th Fighter Wing. "The South Carolina Air National Guard continues to prove why our state is second to none. Congratulations to the 169th Fighter Wing of McEntire Joint National Guard Base for earning the Patriot Team Award as the nation’s top recruiting and retention team,” she said. “Their outstanding achievements reflect the exceptional caliber of service members who call South Carolina home.
