On February 19, 2025, Rep. Nancy Mace commented on Brandon Guffey's testimony before the Senate Judiciary GOP. She praised his bravery by stating "We are watching @brandonguffeysc testify before the @SenJudiciaryGOP, and his courage is undeniable." She emphasized that Guffey was speaking up for families affected by preventable violence and giving "a voice to the voiceless."

Later that day, Rep. Mace addressed concerns regarding women's sports and expressed a firm stance against certain unnamed entities or individuals by asserting "The future of women’s sports will be safe because you will have no place in it." She also made a remark about makeup use.

In another tweet posted on February 19, 2025, she reiterated her commitment to advocating for women since her tenure began in Congress. Rep. Mace stated "We've been fighting for women since day one in Congress." She also acknowledged President Biden as an ally in these efforts.
