Bailey Vincett has been promoted to Associate Vice President of Government Relations at the Charleston Metro Chamber of Commerce. Joining the Chamber in 2021 as Government Relations Coordinator, Vincett's consistent leadership and commitment to the business community have been recognized. Her previous advancement to Director of Government Affairs highlighted her role in enhancing the Chamber’s legislative efforts and improving relationships with elected officials across various levels of government.

Kevin T. Sheilley, President and CEO of the Charleston Metro Chamber, acknowledged Vincett’s contributions, remarking, “In my brief time with the Chamber, it has become abundantly clear what great work our Government Relations team does on a daily basis and even more the incredible impact of having Bailey lead our efforts in Columbia.”

In her new capacity, Vincett will focus on leading government relations initiatives, ensuring the business community's representation on significant legislative matters. Scott Barhight, Senior Vice President of Government Relations for the Chamber, noted the importance of Vincett’s promotion, saying, “We are so very pleased to elevate Bailey to Associate Vice President of Government Relations.”
