Rep. Nancy Mace, currently representing South Carolina’s 1st district in the U.S. Congress, shared several updates on Twitter on April 23, 2025. Her posts addressed topics ranging from procedural requirements for events to birthday wishes for the U.S. Army Reserve.

In a tweet addressing event procedures, Rep. Mace dismissed certain allegations as "FAKE NEWS." Posted on April 23, 2025, at 19:20 UTC, she clarified, "Every event we have ever had has required RSVPs. And typically an ID is required to get in the door."

Within minutes, at 19:30 UTC, Rep. Mace took to Twitter to extend birthday wishes to the U.S. Army Reserve. She celebrated their enduring legacy: "Over a century of courage, commitment, and service to our great nation. "

Later, at 20:00 UTC, Mace recounted her experiences in Beaufort, South Carolina. She noted the welcome she received: "Warm welcome in Beaufort today. Glad we could give them something to do considering working a job is out of the question for them."

Nancy Mace has served in the U.S. Congress, representing South Carolina’s 1st District since 2021. She replaced previous U.S. Congress member Joe Cunningham and has a background that includes graduation from The Citadel in 1999 with a Bachelor of Science degree.
