Rep. Nancy Mace, who represents South Carolina’s 1st district in the U.S. Congress, shared a series of updates on her official Twitter account on April 23, 2025. Mace, born in Fort Bragg, North Carolina, resides in Charleston and graduated from The Citadel in 1999.

On April 23, 2025, Mace announced a community event in her district by tweeting, "Town hall time here on Dataw Island! ".

Later that day, she paid tribute to a solemn moment, writing, "We remember. We mourn. We vow: never again.".

Mace also shared a pointed comment on political discourse, stating on her social media page, "Since facts don’t work for the Left, maybe cartoons will:"

Nancy Mace has been an active Congressional representative since 2021, succeeding Joe Cunningham, and served in the South Carolina House of Representatives from 2018 to 2020.
