Rep. Nancy Mace, the U.S. Congresswoman representing South Carolina’s 1st district, posted a series of tweets on April 10, 2025. The tweets addressed issues related to legislative responsibility and the protection of women and children.

In her first tweet, Mace called for legislative action, stating that "Congress needs to grow a spine and codify what @POTUS and @DOGE are doing.” The post was made at 21:34 UTC and can be accessed here.

At 22:34 UTC, Mace posted another tweet emphasizing the importance of legal action against those who harm women and children. She stated, "If you are a predator who harms women and kids you should have to face the full force of the law." The tweet was addressed to @DanNewsManBall and @OANN and is available here.

An hour later, at 23:36 UTC, Mace reiterated the role of men in society with the tweet, "Real men protect women and kids," again tagging @DanNewsManBall and @OANN. This tweet can be accessed here.

Mace graduated from The Citadel in 1999 with a BS. Since 2021, she has represented South Carolina in Congress, following her predecessor Joe Cunningham. Prior to this, from 2018 to 2020, she served in the South Carolina House of Representatives.
