The Charleston Police Department is set to host its annual "Cops on The Coop" fundraiser at the Chick-fil-A located at 1656 Savannah Highway. This event will take place on November 22, 2024, from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m., aiming to support The Special Olympics of South Carolina and the Torch Run.
Participants in the fundraiser can contribute $20 and receive a coupon for a sandwich along with a Law Enforcement Torch Run T-shirt. Additional donations are welcome as well. Last year, officers successfully raised $5,809 for this cause.
