Rep. Nancy Mace, currently serving in the U.S. Congress representing South Carolina’s 1st district since 2021, continues to share updates on her official Twitter account concerning policy initiatives and community engagements.

On April 19, 2025, Mace presented the "Alien Removal Not Resort Stays Act." Through this tweet, she announced the proposal's major points: "Our Alien Removal Not Resort Stays Act is simple: End FEMA's hotel program Block future schemes Send the money to ICE. America First. Border secured. No more taxpayer-funded perks."

In a more community-focused post later that same day, Mace celebrated a local therapy dog's contribution, stating, "Meet the District Dog of the Week: Tank! At 5 years old, Tank has been a Therapy Dog since 2020, spreading smiles at MUSC, Naval Station Charleston, and the CHS airport. He's also a blood donor for a local vet clinic. Thank you, Tank! "

Another tweet posted the same day contained the brief remark, "Play stupid games …" without further context provided in the attached link.

Nancy Mace, a graduate from The Citadel in 1999 with a Bachelor of Science degree, previously served in the South Carolina House of Representatives from 2018 to 2020. She was born in Fort Bragg, North Carolina, in 1977, and currently resides in Charleston.
