Federal IT spending and local news highlighted by Rep. Nancy Mace

Rep. Nancy Mace, a member of the U.S. Congress representing South Carolina's 1st district since 2021, shared several updates on social media on December 10, 2024. These posts cover a range of topics from government spending to personal condolences and local leadership changes.

In a post dated December 10, 2024, Rep. Mace highlighted federal government expenditures on information technology. She stated that "the federal government spends $100 billion annually on IT goods and services."

Later that day, she expressed her condolences to a family in mourning: "Our prayers are with the Burgess family after the loss of their daughter, Christine."
