Congresswoman Nancy Mace has introduced a new bill titled the Stop the Invasion of Women’s Spaces Act. This legislation aims to prohibit biological men from accessing women’s restrooms, locker rooms, and changing rooms in all federally funded facilities. The proposed restrictions would apply to public schools and universities, national parks, government buildings, healthcare facilities such as hospitals and clinics, public housing and shelters, and transportation hubs like airports, train stations, and bus terminals.

The bill follows criticism from left-leaning groups regarding a recent resolution by Congresswoman Mace. She asserts that her efforts are in response to concerns from women nationwide who feel their safety is at risk due to current policies. The legislation seeks to establish clear bathroom policies intended to protect women and girls.

“We introduced a resolution to stand up for women, and the Left lost their minds. But I’m not here to make them happy—I’m here to protect women and girls,” said Congresswoman Mace. “I’m doubling down with this bill. We’ve worked too hard for safe spaces, and we’re not going to allow them to be erased by unhinged, loud, and far-Left extremists. Men in women’s private spaces is not normal, and it never will be.”

“Let them come at us again,” Congresswoman Mace continued. “We’re not stopping. Women deserve leaders who will stand up for them, no matter the cost.”
